NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – An early morning drizzle wasn't enough to deter the enthusiastic crowd from gathering at the highly anticipated "Touch-A-Truck" event in downtown New Port Richey. Despite the overcast skies and the occasional drop of rain, families, children, and truck enthusiasts alike flocked to the event, eager to experience the thrill of getting up close and personal with an impressive array of big trucks and heavy machinery.
