Interesting museum located right in the middle of downtown New Port Richey in Sims Park next to the children's playground. Minimal cost and a great place to visit to find out about local history. Makes a nice way to introduce your out-of-town guests to our town. I enjoy coming here to do research in their library ... and always find some interesting people here who love to talk about history. Annual memberships are available that give you free admission to the museum for a year, free or reduced cost admission to events, and other perks.
